For physicians, NPs, and PAs

A comprehensive system for your patients' health journey through mold and other biotoxin exposure.

Mold and CIRS cases eat clinical time that most practices don't have. DetoxME handles the intake screening, patient education, and environmental coordination so your appointments can stay focused on medical decisions.

How the triad works

Everyone stays in their lane.

DetoxME runs on a simple structure, and it holds up because everyone stays in their lane.

* Independent Professionals

Health strategist

DetoxME handles health strategy, education, and coaching.

Independent medical providers

Make every medical decision independently.

Environmental professionals

Assess the environment and guide inspection, testing, or remediation within their professional scope.

This isn't a referral arrangement with money attached to it anywhere. It's a coordination system built so medical providers can spend their time on medicine instead of chasing down environmental reports, prior lab work, or a patient who's still confused about what CIRS even is.

Before a patient reaches you

The groundwork is already done.

By the time a patient gets to your office, DetoxME has already walked them through:

  • A full intake questionnaire covering biotoxin differential, hormonal and metabolic clusters, and prior CIRS diagnosis history
  • An expanded lab and testing checklist, so you're not starting from a blank page
  • Environmental history and remediation status
  • Baseline patient education, so your visit isn't the first time they're hearing the word mycotoxin

None of this replaces your judgment. It just means the groundwork is already done.

MD / NP resource library

Clinical material, clearly attributed.

A working library for medical providers who want to go deeper on the clinical material, not a marketing page dressed up as one. Everything here is attributed to its original source.

Foundational frameworks

  • The Shoemaker 12-step protocol pyramid, explained in plain language, with a link back to the original source material
  • Robert Naviaux's cell danger response model and how it applies to biotoxin illness
  • A short overview of the current literature on water-damaged building illness and inflammatory markers

Certifying bodies and reference organizations

  • ISEAI
  • SurvivingMold / Proficiency Partner directory
  • NORMI
  • IICRC
  • ACAC

What the DetoxME intake actually screens for

A plain-language walkthrough of the questionnaire logic, so you can see exactly what's being asked and why before a referral ever lands in your inbox.

Provider training program

Coming soon.

When live, this program will walk medical providers through the clinical framework DetoxME coordinates around, so a provider joining the network isn't starting cold.

Independent medical provider network

A selective network.

For medical providers who want to formally join the triad rather than just receive occasional coordination and referrals.

  • You're listed as an independent provider available to patients who've completed the DetoxME intake process.
  • You continue to make every medical decision independently, and patients pay you directly.
  • You set your own scope, whether that's full CIRS treatment or a narrower piece of the workup.
  • No fees flow between DetoxME and network providers in either direction.

FAQ

Questions providers ask.

Does referring patients to DetoxME create liability exposure for me?

No. DetoxME does not make medical decisions, diagnose, or treat. All clinical decisions remain with you as the licensed provider.

Who's actually making the medical decisions?

You are, every time. DetoxME's role stops at coordination, education, and intake, and starts back up again with logistics and follow-through between visits.

Is there a referral fee or any compensation involved?

No. No fees flow between DetoxME and medical providers in either direction. Patients pay providers directly for medical care.

What does the intake process actually share with me?

A completed questionnaire covering biotoxin differential, hormonal and metabolic history, prior CIRS diagnosis, environmental exposure history, and relevant lab work already on file, so your first visit starts further along than it otherwise would.

How is this different from a coaching partnership?

DetoxME isn't approaching you as a coach looking for a partnership. This is a coordination layer built to sit alongside your practice, not inside it.
